Access your Primary Email (as held by TQI)
To access the TQI Portal you will firstly need to be able to reset your password using the email address TQI has associated with your account.
If you no longer have access to the email address you were using during your registration with TQI - perhaps because it was a school or system issued email address and you no longer work for that employer - you will need to commence the Account Recovery process which can be accessed via the button below.
You will be required to verify your Identity using the standard 100 Points of Identification - so it is a good idea to scan your key documents before starting this process. More information can be found here.
If you know your TQI ID, and still have access to the email address held by TQI, you should be able to reset your password without undertaking the full account recovery process.
