In the ACT, teachers hold registration for 12 months, renewing that registration by 31 March on an annual basis.

The TQI portal is opened for registration renewal each February and all registered teachers receive an ‘invitation to renew’ email. The email includes step-by-step instructions, appropriate links and questions and answers associated with successfully renewing registration.
