| Description | Celebrate Biodiversity Month by joining this TQI-accredited professional learning session designed to help teachers connect students with Canberra’s unique plants, animals and ecosystems. Explore practical, curriculum-linked resources and activities that inspire students to investigate local biodiversity, understand conservation challenges and take positive environmental action. Participants will experience the new Climate Custodians Board Game, learn about the Upper Murrumbidgee Water Watch program and its new Biodiversity and Ecology resources available for teachers. Whether you teach Science, Geography or Sustainability, this session will provide valuable resources, local connections and inspiration to bring biodiversity learning to life in your classroom.
